I never would have thought we need it, but now, looking at some excuses that I know are older, it might be a good idea. Is that something that is easy to add? Anyway, that's my suggestion. Comment : It would be cool if we had a separate word count table for each day. It would also be cool if every member of the site were listed for every day with a big 0 as default until they update for the day. -- Hi Ben, When I get the Wall of Shame working it will show everyone who hasn't updated their count in the last day or so. To your other point, I'm working on expanding the display of counts to be more meaningful. IF ( capitailized on purpose) it works it will be really sweet. Stay tuned for more info! --Liz

Comment : Instead of listing the date separately for each person, I'd like to see it as a heading with everybody listed under it. Also, is the Wall of Shame a daily or weekly thing? If it's weekly, group it with the Word Count Warrior of the Week. If it's daily, group it with the daily word counts.-- Hi Ben, I could just list names under a date heading, but I think it's kind of nice to see the time when people updated their numbers. Or are you suggesting that the display covers more than a day? A week say? With all the names and numbers under the days?The Wall of Shame is updated daily -- Liz

Comment : I have logged in twice with my information and I get into Sterling's account. He won't tell me his information so I don't know if it's just switching us or what. I didn't set it to be removed becuase I didn't think about it. It will only happen if two people chare a computer. I'll fix it, though it might take a few days. Comment : Hi Liz. On the page where we update our word counts, there used to be a graph showing what your word count for each day was, which was great as it showed the pattern of one's writing. At present, all I get is box with a tall column indicating the total count for May. The other graph has vanished. Thanks, Elle

For example, on June 8th, the following people posted word counts: MATT 200 Sunday June 8th 12:13:59 AM KEL 422 Sunday June 8th 12:39:32 AM BEN 100 Sunday June 8th 01:35:45 AM THEADRA 175 Sunday June 8th 10:26:23 PM LIZ 234 Sunday June 8th 10:48:40 PM MATT 250 Sunday June 8th 11:37:39 PM Of the people who didn't post, Adrienne, Gatatonic, and Sterling are on the Wall of Shame and Riotimus has a Weak Excuse . . . but where are Ing and Aestril? They should be on the Wall of Shame, right? Or did they get taken off when they posted their counts on the 9th? It seems they ought to remain on there for at least one full day, or else I might easily miss them. -- Hi Ben, As soon as someone posts their words they are removed from the Wall of Shame if they are on there. If they have a Weak Excuse in place that gets removed too. Hope this helps to explain it. -- Liz

Comment : Does the Wall of Shame show the previous day's truants? Could we display a date at the top of the Wall of Shame to help mentally challenged people like myself? -- Hi Ben, People appear on the Wall of Shame if htey haven't entered a weak excuse and they havn't updated their count since midnight yesterday (US Eastern timezone). I'm thiking of adding a page so that we can see the number of times a person has excused themself. Possibly on the Home page, and maybe as a graph. I have 4 days of counts entered for October and the first day, 10/08/08 is the only day that doesn't show 2 counts, one of 0 and one with the proper count. I know I haven't submitted a 0 count, so I'm not sure what's happening. Any ideas?
